Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Mantelli’s Direct Harvest Place makes sure that all its quality products are supplied and packaged correctly and does not accept any returns or issue any refunds or exchanges.

However, should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@mantellisharvestplace.co.za and we will endeavour to find an amicable solution to your concerns. If the products have been damaged, they will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to various issues, availability etc.), a full refund will be given.

 If products are damaged, photos need to be sent to, sales@mantellisharvestplace.co.za on receipt of said products.

Replaced products need to be returned. The products should remain unopened and unused at all, proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied, and the products must still be in their original packaging.

Mantelli’s Direct Harvest Place is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred. There will be no refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returns.
